Was commissioned for the Playhouse Project, 2005.

This is run every year by Theatre Royal Plymouth, with Polka Theatre, York Theatre Royal and Dundee Rep.  It’s a festival of short plays for children to perform at school and in the local theatres, which have supported teachers to get the productions together.

The play is based on the story of Amrita Devi and the Bishnoi people, who were willing to sacrifice their own lives to save the trees.

The play was first performed in 2005.
